Ray Davis

Ray Davis is the chairman, CEO and visionary behind BRS. A quintessential innovator and entrepreneur, he started building successful companies from the age of 17, when his personal profile was published in Money magazine. With dozens of patents to his credit, Mr. Davis has continued to generate value for shareholders in businesses of increasing size and complexity, bringing new and innovative technology products and services to market and making computer technology more affordable.

In 2000, when the Dot-coms of the era were struggling to deliver a cost effective operating system for the internet, Mr. Davis invented the only viable method to deliver Computer Applications online. With the technology built and patented, Simdesk Technologies was able to deliver Office Applications over the internet at a staggering 20,000,000 users per server. A benchmark which has never been matched. After licensing the company’s product to the Cities of Houston and Chicago, management of Simdesk was turned over to the Waters Group of Houston. The company has now been renamed to Mezeo Software and is now marketing its cloud storage products to mobile operators, ISPs, Telcos, and hosting providers.

In 1995, Mr. Davis established CyNet, Inc., an Internet-related company that ranked within the top-ten fastest-growing companies in Houston in 1996 and 1997. The company went public in 1999.

At age 30, he founded the third-largest computer related association in the world and sold it to The United Newspapers Group, a multi-billion-dollar publishing company. In 1989, he created the first CD-ROM-based phone directory, which is still available in retail stores today.

Mr. Davis has authored over 20 computer and telecommunications books that have sold internationally, founded eight companies and has had his personal and professional views on industry trends published in hundreds of magazines, thousands of newspapers and has been featured on national and syndicated news and business-related television programs.

John Frazzini

John Frazzini joined BRS as president in May 2008 after advising the company through its early stage development activities. Frazzini brings over 15 years of experience working in the security field focusing on the development and use of advanced security technologies as a U.S. Secret Service agent as well as private security technology executive. His most recent work included providing technology development, “Go to Market”, international technology distribution, and merger and acquisition strategy consulting services to several venture capital financed security software firms.

Steven Ponsler

Steve Ponsler joined the board of directors of BRS in 2006. He had served as executive vice president for Simdesk Technologies since August of 2000. Mr. Ponsler held the position of first vice president with PaineWebber, Inc., where he managed finances for endowments and institutional and individual clients. Prior to working at PaineWebber, Mr. Ponsler held executive positions at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith and Procter & Gamble, Inc. Mr. Ponsler received a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate finance and general business administration from Ball State University.

Ozzie Kalil

Ozzie Kalil has been a Director for BRS since in inception. Mr. Kalil formerly served as an executive vice president at Simdesk Technologies. Prior to joining Simdesk, Mr. Kalil was the managing partner of WMA Securities, an Indiana-based securities firm, where he was responsible for recruitment, development and management of the national sales team. His team was responsible for the oversight and monitoring of assets and allocations for their major clients. Before joining WMA Securities, Mr. Kalil owned the distribution rights for the national marketing company Rexair, where he developed multiple sales distribution centers, managed more than 150 sales representatives and conducted training seminars throughout the United States and Canada.

Andy DiFazio

Andy is responsible for planning, building, coordinating and directing all worldwide partnership and sales-related activities. He brings 20 years of emerging technology & logistics experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management while doing business in Asia, Canada, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean and the U.S. Prior to joining BRS Labs, Andy held multiple sales and management positions with the Federal Express Corporation, Arbor Networks, and VeriSign. Most recently, Andy was Sales Director at iDEFENSE - a venture backed start-up in the cyber security market - where he successfully reshaped the market strategy and management team; developed and launched the company's first saleable product; secured initial product sales and ultimately completed the sale of the company to a public entity. Andy is a graduate of Villanova University, and resides in the Metro Washington DC area.
